11:24 _"It is really upsetting watching these ultra rich people using AI to take from people who have so much less than them."_
Thats how rich people got rich in the first place, and why those they take from have so little. Society is designed to pay higher wages to jobs that provide control over workers and/or provide economic gains (read: profits). Anything else is paid exceptionally little, because they don't make number go up. Think society-critical jobs like healthcare work, garbage collection, firefighting, etc., but also jobs that (seemingly) don't add "economic value", like the arts. Our single biggest pastime is entertainment, which is almost 100% reliant on art. It's a paradoxal fallacy by corporate types who only want money, yet don't value art unless it rakes in money by the billions (video games, movies, music). But gods forbid if they pay their creators a proper wage.
If all "makes sense" when you consider how something affects the "number must go up" mantra.
