The main reason why Tesla autopilot crashes into motorcycles or places of accidents is , that it is marketed as an autopilot, but it isn't an actual autopilot. It's just a drive assistent. Tesla should be hanged for selling things named "full self driving package" when it's just an drive assist that can't work without human oversight and input.
