A lot of bosses don't quite understand how to use ai it it's capabilities. They will hear it somewhere and think "ai" is great, let's ai everything.
Without probably guiding the llm or fine tuning it ofc leads to chaos.
It's like asking a toddler to use a computer to write an email. Toddler can't do it doesn't mean that emails don't work
