Well, theres nothing you can do. Even if there will be lawsuits, this will result in them programming the ai to not directly copy the sampled artwork into database but to change the original source minimally (like humans would do), thus avoiding the lawsuit.
Even if all images would be watermarked the big AI companies would just gradually buy everything relevant and the result would eventually be the same
