One small flaw in this analysis. Governments will not provide UBI. Where would the money come from? If central banks print money, the money then needs to be taxed back out of circulation meaning taxing the tech products and service providers. But the rich companies will want to keep hoarding their profits to spend on luxuries for their rich executives. So, no I don't think UBI will be a thing.
What may work instead in the absence of UBI is Universal Basic Assistance. Meaning basic housing, energy, and food is provided free. If people want anything more, they'll have to come up with a luxury product or service that the rich will want to buy.
There will still be some niche jobs for those qualified; robot maintenance, software engineering, etc because the rich will be paranoid AI making AI smarter, so they'll build a loyal base of employees, and these employees will be well rewarded with nice homes, etc.
