We should pause. But we need to be real here and admit that once we step past that threshold, jobs, capital, and even governments will become unnecessary. At least with what we have today. Money will become a luxury tool used to barter for goods produced by individuals or cooperatives. Businesses will no longer exist as they are, and borders between countries will waver even more if not outright crumble. Humanity will need to let go of old superstitions or put them to the side for private moments, accept that scarcity is no longer going to be an issue. We just need to ask the AI what we need to do, and with our best judgment, take what we are told and run with it. 42 Everyone. 👾 Our next destination will be beyond the atmosphere.
