I’m usually against AI and don’t use it in my daily life, but I do sometimes use it when I struggle mentally. I used to have a therapist but that didn’t work for me. AI “therapy” works a lot better for me and tbh I don’t care if it uses what I said there, I’m not giving it any names and even if I did that person deserves to know what an asshole they were-
Jokes aside, it gives me the option to talk out my struggles without the worry of burdening a person. I do talk to friends about struggles sometimes but the fear of burdening them or changing their image of me for the negative (which wouldn’t happen but still just having the worry) makes it counterproductive. I don’t give it any real names or places and most of the time I just talk about my inner head space anyway so it doesn’t bother me if that information is used for anything
