Elites at the highest level want to dispose of what they determine to be "useless eaters" Sure they want a Utopia, but just for them. If I was them I would want the same honestly. They can't just kill the population off because society at it's most basic level would break down and they wouldn't have easy lives anymore, BUT if they are able to replace whom they determine to be useless with AI in 20-50 years they can finally go ahead with releasing the kill switch that covid was prepping. They are getting the population sickly enough to really die off come kill switch time. And it will be catastrophically evil when they do.
