If the artist is doing "fan art" than sorry their art isn't being stolen because they don't own the IP. It's just one person making a derriative work of another person's derriative work.
Now if those are all original than sure it might be "stealing" but since a.i. images can't be copyrighted it really isnt. All they are then doing is making a.i. generated " fan art". Y'all don't like it? Stop doing fan art. It is on level with A.I. trash but far worse as you are literally relying on someone's IP to make a name for yourselves.
