All of the people we have elevated as "intelligent" are people who think that if they can't understand something it must be nonsense. Literally the definition of blind and stupid. We have barely begun to understand what biology is, and you are already proclaiming to have some mastery of it. The ability to "outdo" biology in a metric of your choosing is not inherently a demonstration of surpassing it. You still haven't found a technology that will survive without biology. As for where the protesters are: No one thinks that it is super fun to go to a protest. They go because they feel existentially threatened. They are already on strike lines, and in front of the white house. You should be tying AI to Palantir and telling people about the existential threat that is happening now, that you helped enable with your research. You need to get angry, and you need to tell people who to be angry at, and there are plenty of political causes that are directly attached to ai you could join. No one knows where or how to protest ai. They need a leader. Thats who you want to be. Stop being so stoic and tell people that their futures are being consumed by monsters. If you want help with this, I volunteer to train you to be angry and be good at it. Its right there under your breath when you talk about the cowardice of your peers. Most people are not soaked in game theory and other sociopathic fantasies. You need to explain it in rough emotional terms. Describe the violence of this tech. Pair it with labor struggles.
