For the record, this is NOT how China is using AI in the classrooms. This is some schools experimenting how AI could be potentially used in classrooms. Lots of people if not most in China are raising privacy concerns and do not agree with such experiments. WSJ doesn’t mention any context here and make it seem like this is some common practices. Biased to say the least.
