Dude if someone forges a painting and makes a perfect copy, that isn't considered theft because the original work wasn't removed from it's owner. That's why it's called forgery and not theft but you can't even make the argument that Ai forges art because the outputs are so blended with millions of other works that they aren't even close to any of them.
