He thinks robots could become as smart as humans in as little as 3-4 years from now ( filmed in 2018) - Hell, those robots were smarter than 20% of humanity at the time they were on stage!
By now i'd say an average AI was smarter than the average human in virtually every respect. Show me a single human who can draw better than AI, has a better vocabulary than AI, can calculate as accurately or as fast as AI, predict outcomes better than AI, beat an AI at any game you can name. Sure most are largely single purpose specialists and have difficulty doing things outside of their specialty areas - much like humans. DeepMind's GATO now has the ability to perform over 600 separate tasks SIMULTANEOUSLY!
Humans are never gonna win the 'who's smartest race.... in fact we may have already been moved back to second place. It's all downhill from here folks.
