My truest held beleif regarding AI generation is that it has it's place as a _brainstorming_ tool. You generate some garbage images or text or whatever and then you get an idea you kinda like and build off it. You can see this effect in an old Tom Scott video, "I asked an AI for video ideas for other YouTubers. It went badly." (2021) by Tom Scott [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fw6GjAPpKuA], wherein the creators would take ideas from the text generator and unconsciously start building off that. There are uses to AI but it is far from then end of human creativity that the current investor market thinks it is.
