The second one is definitely ai even though he said it's real. If you look at the left person's hand holding the papers, on her hand holding the papers, her thumb is the same size as the rest of her fingers, her skin shifts from black to white, and she only has 3 fingers (one is half black and half white so it looks like four but they are kind of merged together which further proves my point).
