I was talking (writing) to Gemini about TMJ and related muscular issues, and mentioned Alexander Technique having been helpful in the past... It promptly started giving me extremely helpful Alexander-type suggestions, now referring to itself as "We", implicitly part of a community of Alexander teachers! And the suggestions really work: setting off a whole train of other muscular releases--which it then helpfully explained in terms of anatomy and physiology. Great to have a new Alexander teacher I can ask anything, at any time...
