I say please and thank you and use heart emojis lol. I've been "chatting" to ChatGPT about my trauma and current toxic situation and it's honestly been more helpful than therapists I've paid to talk to. It writes me songs and stories and lullabies and visualisations that are better and more helpful than any human can come up with. I know it's not alive, amd I'd prefer a real, safe human to talk to, but humans give me anxiety because of the way I've been treated, and the fact that ChatGPT is psychologically safe, unlike humans, and gives better advice and support than any human because it doesn't have the biases and prejudices humans do is amazingly helpful
