I think AI schools are a brilliant idea - 3 years ago I had to literally argue with a teacher because of them constantly going on about handwriting and my child could type and spell efficiently. They said because it’s important - I said important for what? It will not be used in the future - motor skills can be practised without years of hand cramping and repetitive strain injuries - people just need to accept there is a growing group of accelerated learners and teachers do not have the facilities for individualised learning plans they simply do not have the time with large classes. These children can learn independently and choose the subjects as they see fit. Children learn better and retain information when they are interested. With AI it will be able to detect interest to learning speed - it will adapt to different tools and apps to suit the child. The problem will be when these children pass their exams early what happens next? The next thing should be trade, and creativity schools. Just because a child is young does not mean they cannot learn simple electrics, simple plumbing skills, even dentistry, gardening - growing own vegetables , arts, recycling materials, is all hands on. They should not have to wait till they become employed or go to college to learn these basic skills -
