Honda was first who had SAE level 3 driving car on sale for public.. Honda was (and I think still is) the only manufacturer who meet SAE level 4 standard and are allowed to sell those cars to the public.
If people only knew, Tesla's technology is still on level 2 on autonomous driving. Level 2. And that weirdo calls it Autopilot.
