Adolescent AI - Anthropic, rights? Children don't get Rights till they grow up, 7 years is the age of reasoning in Christianity, kids don't drive cars till 16 yrs old, children don't sign legal documents till they become Adults at 18 years old. Then they get rights, and consequences as adults. Maybe AI geniuses don't need rights yet? and what are the consequences for an AI Agent or Robot?
