On the subject of style it is different because the ai takes examples to mash them together and spit out the prompt without contributing originality while an artist will mix their own style into another person's even if they're copying the exact painting because this is subconscious. No two starry nights are the same because of this but if you use a copy machine you'll always have vangohs. With ai it's similar, where it collects the data and spits it out without any style of it's own to I corporate even slightly.
