a ai cannot surpass human intellengence and thinking and reacting ability mostly accidents happen because of our carelessness and negligence like drink and driving etc if we are conscious we can prevent an accident if we feel like a big rig is slowing in highway we break early and avoid accident so calling ai is safer than human is a stupid way of telling a software made by us surpass us
