The only way ai art should be used is, the ai should be trained SOLELY off of art that the ai's creator owns. For example, if I make 100 pictures of a stick figure, wearing a top hat, sitting under a tree on a hill. And I want to make 100 more without actually doing it, so what I do is I give an ai those 100 original pictures I made, and only those pictures. The ai is now only making art that is trained off of MY art, without stealing from other artists. Now if I'm in a corporate setting, I'd provide clear documentation of what exactly the ai I used is trained off of.
