I think we are calling attention to the wrong problem. Even if we stop our AI push and control its implementation for a safer, controlled manner moving forward do you think our enemies are going to do that? China steals our research and intellectual property at will. Even if we are in denial about China being our enemy make no mistake, THEY ARE TREATING US AS AN ENEMY AND TRYING TO GET THE UPPER HAND. Think they will hesitate to use AI tech to attack us? I don't think so.
