I've been using AI to produce multiple websites with only the free options. I would suggest the best way to harness its value is in having a decent grasp of the technology you are asking it to produce and then curating its output. Not blindly taking its solutions as gospel, but giving each predictive generation to your request a good enough working out to harness each one of its genuine QUALITY answers.
It is a machine of course, so for many tasks, today, I think Artificial Narrow Intelligence needs a human to guide it. But don't underestimate the value AI really can produce. It can make a singular developer much more productive, it is just not likely to replace our real INTELLIGENCE anytime soon.
