Okay yeah, I'm guilty of using ChatGPT as therapy before I was able to go into actual therapy. And yeah, I'm afraid of the consequences of my personal information being used by you other end users of ChatGPT, but to make myself feel better at least, hopefully, fingers crossed, my data will be spliced in with a million other people who have used ChatGPT as therapy sometime between the start of ChatGPT and today. So entirely it won't be my story verbatim Right?
