I don't see the problem. What is the difference between someone writing a thriller based on some drama they heard in the news or from their personal life (coworkers, friends, etc) vs them getting it from a stranger who willingly shared it with ChatGPT especially when most of the time without extremely specific prompting, your info will by generalized to such an extent that it will be hard to trace it back to you.
This sounds like paranoia. And it's ironic since she's on YouTube and probably has social media so these companies already have your data anyway.
