The a.i. Will hire more asians whites and jews and men. Because they have the best education. Any tendency of HR to compensatie for that will be ignored by ai. So even less blacks arabs and women will make it in.
You will have to program the ai with a bias for exotische names. In others words you Will have to make the computer racist to make organisations diverse.
