I think for the second point, AI replicating a artist style is different.
When a human artist tries to replicate another artist’s style, yes they’ll be mimicking it, but it won’t be exactly the same there will always be their own spin on it. For AI on the other hand, it’s trying to exactly replicate, so there’s no spin, no changes, just exact copying.
