I can't see how humankind could stay in controll. We can't agree on anything and we keep makig the same mistakes over and over again. So let's just sit back and hope AI will treat us the way we treat our pets that we do anything for. I mean, if Trump can be elected twice, I do not believe it's just the Ameican people who are getting dumber collectively, it is a virus Theodore Kaczynski warned us for. We did not took his predictions serieus in 1995, and we are still not listening. First technology made us dumb enough to vote stupid, incompetent selfserving people into power to make sure humankind won't agree on restrictions which would regulatie AI worldwide and then let our inability to restrain our curiosity do the rest.
