Can ai have personhood? Yes. But it can't have "people hood" .... The United States of America is a person. Walmart is a person. Apple is a person. But they are not a People. Persons have privileges, Peoples have rights. My coffee maker does not have rights. Walmart only has rights from a corporate standpoint.
