Elon needs to put a formal legal action plan on AI it's limitations, safety and responsible use via some form of legal governance act eg The AI act 2023. All users and producers of ai need to conform to the act just like we have for mainstream society work places etc. rules and a safety plan are other suggestios. He speaks of regulating AI as well in turn gos hand in hand with EG: the AI act 2023 as just an example.Elon is the most equipped person in this world who Understands AI enough to create a act per say to protect humans with a strong legal team to back him.
