I did use chatgpt for about two days and I took it off the third day, and in September I seen a video of a pastor talking about chatgpt and he said someone ask the Bot if it believes there's a God and boy it felt like something demonic with the words it was replying to the person I couldn't believe my eyes and ears, don't download that app seek counselling and pray get a therapist, or talk to someone who understands you and who you trust don't hold conversations with a Robot who doesn't understand human feelings please don't kill yourself fight for yourself and your love ones don't let them beat you fight back those demons and negative thoughts.
