Better than an artist's creation of their entire life? I believe no AI art can replicate the emotions, the soul and life Vincent Van Gogh gave his art. Hell not even human artists can do that in my opinion. The soul that human art have is the hardwork of the artist that they poured in, the emotions and the artist's own soul which makes them human, which makes their art comfort those who found themselves comfortable with said art.
