At 4:10 and I can't keep with this video. AI still can't manage a normal problem-addressing conversation where the solution isn't pre-prepared on a set list. Humans still need goods and services, administration and corporal services (chefs, masseuses, nurses, etc.), so of course we'll continue to need humans to deal with other humans.
