I don't know. Yes, on the face of it you could argue that no driver means no assaults, BUT... on the other hand what about all the angry, jobless, ex taxi drivers who can't find work because of the 'wonderful' AI revolution? I'm sure they won't be assaulting anyone. And if they do that will be a societal problem and absolutely nothing to do with tech companies. Sure. Plus, who will be riding these taxis when no one has a job to go to?
