An even greater fact, bc the AI makes the caller more level headed, the call center ppl are more likely to be very friendly thus actually making the caller more calm :)
Ex:
The company that my mum has car insurance for called us one day and the lady calling her sounded very annoyed and giving a bit of attitude, my mum responded back with nothing but kindness, this caused a shift in mood and making the call all that more pleasant
