So, if I was to type out a detailed prompt to YOU and you created an image based on that prompt, would that make me an artist? No. So how can typing a prompt, however detailed, and feeding it to an AI tool make somebody an artist? It can't. It makes the person using the ai a sort of halfarsed art director, not an artist. If I ask a musician to make some music to fulfill a particular prompt, am I a musician? Did I make the music the musician made? No. Same for ai "musicians."
You are much more patient than I. You obviously create the art you create. You don't tell your iPad to make art for you.
