This is absolute nonsense. The AIs dont store, use, copy, steal anything. They 'look' at billions f images to understand what a chair looks like, what the sky looks at, etc. It then uses that understanding to respond to the users prompt and create a completely new, original, unique image. NOTHING from any other image is used by the AI, not a single pixel from any image is ever included in an AI output, because the AI doesn't HAVE any images stored in it. Only algorithms that it has learned. It's almost impossible to create a direct copy of any piece of work, really the only way to do it is to upload an image to the AI directly and tell it make a copy/version. That's an issue with the user, not the AI. Fakery has happened for centuries. It's, IMO, harder to do with AI than without. I'd recommend everyone try one of the free trials or offers on Midjourney or one of the other. When you understand what it does, and how it works, I suspect that like most people you'll be less concerned and more excited about the technology and what it offers. Meantime, I'm glad you said you'll be OK, because you will. AI doesn't replace human mde art, any more than photography replaced painting. It's not the enemy, it's just another tool.
