It doesn't take much to be more sentient than your average American. Mind you, I have met plenty of Brits who are questionable. Regarding ChatGPT psychosis: With more investigation it would probably come-to-light that these people already had mental health issues before using ChatGPT, undiagnosed or diagnosed.
