LOL, AI is a math equation. It's never going to be sentient just people being fooled it is and he was fooled. He's only getting air time because majority of people in the world are completely stupid and will believe this. I wrote a chat bot once for IRC and it would just remember what people said, then jumble it up and repeat it back to them later and people started arguing with it. Doesn't take much.
