Damn... Echo IS Ultron! It can just create a synthetic body and be Ultron and create an army.
That post-AI apocalypse is like what happened to Horizon after that impending doom, they created AI that will propagate and restore Earth's former life but a part of it got corrupted and killed other AI and proceeded on killing all life.
