AI can't can't be controlled by governments, as militaries are going crazy researching it for warfare, like nuclear energy was once a promise for unlimited peaceful energy, and just how has that gone! If America, or any western nation attempted to curtail AI, China and Soviet Russia most certainly won't. It can be weaponized for war and for controlling the masses, destroying for all time democracy and freedom, even knowing what people think.
