COPYRIGHT CLAIMS ok. i think your video is great. you're very talented but you need to get this one right. no the makers of the software do not hold any rights to the output of this software. they cant. because rights can not attach to AI created artwork. in the US a creation must have human involvement to be able to be protected by US copyright. so all those AI created pieces of art are in the public domain. That is an artesian artists trump card over AI art.
remember folks. companies can put whatever they want in a TOS but good luck enforcing it when Copyright Office (USCO) once again rejected a copyright request for an A.I.-generated work of art. even if they do allow for copyright it will like to go to the person who created the artwork. t would be no different than adobe saying it owns every piece of work created by its software.

i really found this stuff interesting to be honest though it convinced me that AI art is "real art" as i thought about debating your points. Selling AI art is not a scam. AI Artists are not scammers. but i get your frustration with what is happening. but the legal stuff is important to get right.
