Honestly... why did they chose to train AI with the internet, and social media in particular?
This isn't an accusation of stupidity, but something I think should be seriously asked. These developers necessarily have lots of experience on the internet, and all the awfulness invoked there, so there isn't a serious chance that this is surprising to them.
So... what's their actual goal, here?
