H1B and L1 transfers are the cause. If you can't grow your revenue, you cut costs - labor costs, by replacing 'expensive' American workers with outsourced contractors abroad and domestically you only hire people who can be coerced into working for lower pay. AI doesn't exist, unless you're making hollywood movies, it's not going to replace you.
