Although I disagree with being born with talent, I agree that art gatekeeping is toxic. My pro-AI art argument is that art is not limited to a singular perspective, AI or not If it inspires someone gives a different perspective I'm fine with it. Art perspectives are not owned or fixed, they transcend perspectives and ideas. Im not saying AI is better in anyway shape or form, it's simply different, and that difference doesn't diminish human art to me. The only sad thing about art is ownership because your creation once shared with the world isn't truly just yours anymore, it's shaped by every perspective that seen it, and is even transformed by other perspectives into to something not originally intended. This problem brings the most arguments because a person's art can be strongly tied to a person's identity, and they feel as though not only is the art they created owned by them, but the perspective, and inspiration that follows, and even how it should transcend the original. This in reality is not how art works, sadly you can not always control what your art transforms into, but the beauty is that it doesn't diminish the work or ideas your original had.
