Whilst I would like to see how far these image generators could go, mostly to see what lost memories we could find in the mind of alzheimers or comunication with comatose patients via neuroscience AI colaboration, but as things are now I do not think that AI generated imagery should be labelled as IP and that they must be forced to log, and maybe even ping the creators of, their refference material.
Things are out of control and the situation needs to change in favour of the creative minds of artists, there is no doubt about it, and that change must come soon.
