The comment about real artist being more real than AI because "home ground" seems faulty. By home ground I mean as your home bringing hills in your art and then Firefly being inspired by Star Wars but its own while AI just doing "perfect" Star Wars when asked to do Star Wars. Have you thought that Star Wars might actually be the "home ground" of AI by sheer number of images copied. Star Wars just happens to be one of the strongest words in any prompt that usually ruin any attempt to generate something "generic" or "new".
AI as bad for reference image. Well, you can't make good reference image of elephant either by using drawing by real medieval artist who just draw one by hearing tales from others, resulting some kind of fat instrument boar. I agree on that AI does not understand world as us. It just understands pixels.
