Above and beyond this suit and its outcome, if Autopilot requires this much effort to use it, what good is having it? I'm old, so I'm slow to adopt auotmation like this (or so I've been told). I prefer to think I'm much more wise as a result of my age and therefore would never trust a system like this ...EVER! I would, therefore, would never buy a vehicle that has it.....paying attention is essential which means automation is not something that is needed or desired (and should NEVER be promised just to sell a product). Convenience and abdication of responsibility is killing us.....
